Dear Friends of Flavor,

We are very pleased to be able to offer these Special Friday Dinners as it gives us the opportunity to offer some unique wines new to Flavor.  In this small group setting we can be more leisurely and enjoy the unique characteristics of each wine, and compare and contrast it with its flight partner.  We begin with a toast....

Then the platters of food arrive!  Each thoughtfully conceived course excites our taste buds as together we 'do the research'!  After our Appetizer with Sparkling Wine, we move onto the Chardonnay flight, (Russian River Valley, and Burgundy, France), and are presented with a melt in your mouth Free Range Chicken Dijon in a Buerre Blanc Sauce with a hint of Lemon.

Next comes Duck Breast served atop a Butternut Squash Ravioli with Roasted Sage Butter Sauce and accompanied with Wild Organic Mushrooms paired with a flight of Pinot Noirs from the Sonoma Coast and the Rhone Valley, France ... a divine match!.  Which wine do we prefer with this offering?  Do we have a favorite?

And the next course, -- the Zins or Cabs with?

As we progress through the evening we get the chance to learn about our tablemates in shared conversation and before long the inevitable synchronicities begin to emerge, like the two people sitting side by side that went to the same high school -- in Australia!

This is just an abbreviated 'snapshot' of one of our past Friday Dinners.  We all come away satisfied in every way, and the best part is, we have made a new friend or two.  Pure enjoyment.

These Special Dinners consist of multiple courses served family style.  They are paired by the Chef using the best and freshest ingredients available, 'the Seasons Best Flavors'.  We know you will be pleasantly surprised.

And, as always, we look forward to sharing the Table with you.
